We deeply understand the pain points of industrial procurement: Buying chains here, finding shackles there, and then switching rigging suppliers-high communication costs, difficulty in aligning delivery times, and mutual blame when quality issues arise. Standard products cannot meet special working conditions-this is the most common complaint from customers when they approach Licheng, and it's also where our expertise begins.
Deep specification customization: Anchor chains can be freely customized in terms of diameter, link length, end structure, and swivel configuration; Standard chains support the full range of DIN/ASTM/BS/JIS/KS standards, and for non-standard diameters and pitch parameters-we handle the mold making. Anchors range from small and medium-sized yacht anchors to 15-ton heavy-duty merchant ship anchors, all with customized geometry and holding power designs according to drawings.
Material and surface treatment combinations are flexible: Three major material systems are available: Carbon steel (Q235/45#), alloy steel (20Mn2/25MnV), and stainless steel (AISI 304/316/316L); Six surface treatment processes are offered: Electro-galvanizing, hot-DIP galvanizing, Dacromet coating, polishing, blackening, and powder coating (supports RAL color matching). Customers can freely choose according to their application scenarios, and we provide the customized solutions.
Full OEM/ODM services are provided: Logo stamping or laser marking; Batch numbers and specifications are coded according to customer requirements; Packaging ranges from branded color boxes and cards to wooden crates with spray-painted markings and customized stretch film, matching the terminal presentation of different markets. Our core ODM capability lies in this: Customers provide a drawing or usage description, we complete mechanical simulation calculations, mold development, and first-piece trial production, delivering a sample within two weeks. A mature tooling and mold system ensures seamless transition from sample confirmation to mass production.
Our modern factory is equipped with fully automated chain braiding and welding machines, medium-frequency induction heating equipment, and large-scale tensile testing machines. Our flexible monthly production capacity is over 300 tons of anchor chains and over 500 tons of standard and custom-shaped chains. Located just a 3-hour drive from Qingdao Port, our standard FOB shipping times are: Southeast Asia 7-10 days, Middle East 15-20 days, and Europe and America 25-35 days.
